Abstract:
The book “The Politics of the People” has aroused widespread discussions and evaluations from readers. In the article, the author responded to the comments of four scholars: Huang Yutong, Liu Jingxi, Zhang Yongle and Cao Feng. First, it is the “vertical civil system” protection, and listed the four reasons for implementing this kind of mechanical system in China, and explained the reasons for not being able to implement the civil system, pointing out the shortcomings in Huang and Liu’s comments. Then the author proposed the ability to rely on Maoist and Taoist resources to correct the political shortcomings of energy and energy. From Zhang and Cao’s comments, he knew that Mao Zedong’s public line of reactionary era and Taoist criticism of the supreme economy can help improve the compliance of the supreme economy system in the outgroup of the system, help base-level people to gain political participation, help elites to make more positive responses to the needs of the community, and help other career methods that are respected by society are in line with the legal principles, so that the “failors” of the political supreme economy can also see the meaning of life.

First, please allow me to thank the editor Benjamin Hamm for organizing this series of transportation conferences. My book “Politics of Earning: Why is it more suitable for China to prefer the system of interest than to choose the system of interest” [1] has created a sense of enthusiasm among readers andbright. The first two comments of Huang Yutong and Liu Jingxi have produced heat, while the last two comments of Zhang Yongle and Cao Feng [Caring Conditions2] have produced light. I am particularly interested in the comments about the light that I can learn a lot from it. However, I also need to respond to the evaluation of the heat generation, because it is important to clarify the misunderstanding of the harmony and the difference is difficult to adjust. Please allow me to start with the first two comments and then discuss what I learned from the last two comments. [3] Due to the limited space of the article, I cannot respond to all detailed arguments and will not make indecent explanations.
What’s wrong with both political and civil system?
Clearing the relationship between political and economic system and civilians is very important. Huang Yutong and Liu Jingxi both believed that no matter what level of the situation they were in or what kind of historical and civilized landscapes there were, ordinary people should be the standard for choosing and selecting leadership. They opposed the political savvy system of any situation, and proposed a permanent solution to the problems discussed by political management spectators since Confucius and Plain era, and tried to solve the problem of political governance in a thorough manner. My view is that it should be highly sensitive to the landscape. The fantasy I want to defend is “vertical system of ceremonialism”—the basic level of ceremonialism, the upper level of ceremonialism, and political experiments can be conducted in the middle. Breeding network evaluationThe main point of reference is the view of the common people as masters, and the political system refers to the political system aimed at selecting and selecting people with higher abilities and character than equality as officials. In my opinion, both civil and political pride are important, and we need to think about how to perfectly combine the two in a specific context.
My initiative should be used to use vertical civilians to make fantasy to evaluate China’s political reality, but it is not decided to use it to evaluate other. I will use this principle to show the grand darts that exist between fantasy and reality in the present Chinese landscape, and propose suggestions for reducing darts. However, there are four reasons why vertical civilian system should be used as the standard for evaluating Chinese political system. First, the country’s scale is very important: this fantasy is only suitable for the country. A sluggish little guy was found in the branches of the sanction. It is much harder to govern countries like China that are broad and diverse to believe in. It is not helpful to compare China with small countries with rich natural resources and strong homogeneity. [4] Moreover, at the high level of the country, the problems are extremely complicated, and often affect not only multiple areas of society, but also the descendants of other places and humans in the world. The leaders of the country have political experience in the basic-level affairs, and their political performance is significant, so their political strength is even greater. ChooseThe civil system may be suitable for the basic-level authorities of small or large countries. Even if there are problems such as civilized philosophical behavior, thinking about being narrow and horny, neglecting long-term planning and concern for descendants of the world or others, that is not the end of the world. However, serious errors in the high-level national levels can lead to the world’s destruction. No one actually felt worried about the issue in Nicaragua, but if President Trump completely neglected this proposal, it would be a disaster for the whole world. The policies of large-scale political cooperation with high-level leaders affect the lives of millions of people, including the lives of future descendants of children and other people in the world. Therefore, the fantasy of political valuation is more suitable for ratings like the high-level political system in China.
Secondly, politics still has a long history in China. More than 2,500 years ago, Confucius had a view of the better talent and character of the righteous (this is in contrast to the meaning of the noble family born in an earlier period). Since then, Chinese intellectuals have always discussed what kind of talent and virtues should officials have, how to evaluate these talents and virtues, and how to reorganize the political system of selecting and educating both talent and virtues. It is absolutely unsupervised that the idea of political management in the history of China is considered to be considered for granted in the political discussions of the major ministry in Chinese history. [5] The resolute power system that the Chinese presided over two thousand years can be seen as a continuous effort to strengthen the management of resources and manage their responsibilities. However, the whole fantasy is not suitable for political situations in which the valuation politics is not focused on the focus and does not have a long-term system of valuation. Moreover, the challenging nature of creating a political institution for energy often requires decades of effort to show strength and no (in contrast, even in countries like Iraq and Afghanistan, unrestrained and fair competitive options are not available. It’s so difficult; whether those choices can bring good results to these political cooperation is a different problem. )
Third, the vertical civilian system has inspired China to undergo political transformation in the past 40 years. The classics of the Oriental media are a material economic transformation that China has always had, but the political transformation is just as good as that. However, that is because high-level choices are seen as a unique standard for judging whether political reform can be carried out. If we abandon this sect, China’s political system has obviously undergone material political transformation in the past few decades. The important change is the strict efforts made by the high-level authorities in establishing political power. After receiving the disaster-stricken teaching of extreme civilism and wanton independence during the Cultural Revolution, China has prepared to manage the country at a high level with officials who have passed the selection of the pride system.
